With this environment ends my advanced seminar class with Vincent Joyal and my semester here in Montreal. This scene was based on a concept by Benedict Murphy.
I struggled a lot with this project in the beginning, but with the help of my teacher I was inspired to keep going and I ended up having a lot of fun, and for that I cannot thank Vince enough! I learned so much in the process of making this scene, and I can't wait to start my next project.
This modular environment was rendered in UE4 and the assets were made in 3DS Max. The procedural textures were made with Substance Designer, while the skull prop was sculpted in Zbrush and textured in Substance Painter.
